Login to Bitrix for a developer?

1. Is there a free version of the system for learning to develop on it (albeit the simplest, but put the architecture on your server at least to see)
2. At first glance, the documentation is dev.1c-bitrix.ru/api_help who worked with it? How is the quality there?
3. As a support, does it work quickly, does it give sensible answers or is it a stupid and better forum?
Well, in general, who mastered how it is inside compared to the same WP, frameworks or other CMS?
