Logging user actions in Android. How?

Good.
There was a task to log user actions in Android. Moreover, only the user and visually correct for reading, without common processes like in CatLog and preferably by headers, so that the output would be something like:
10:00 Unlocking the phone
10:01 Call log
10:02 Opening the Chrome application
Etc. Googled only system loggers for debugging applications. Can anyone come across?

You will have to hire very serious developers for this, because. This task is, in principle, unrealizable on the SDK and non-rooted device. As a result, developers on NDK / C ++ are needed, who would write something similar. It will cost you a lot, a lot of money, I think at least 10kb (kilobaks).
