Location of Windows 7?

Where is windows 7? So I understand that in the local drive C (there is a windows folder weighing 17 GB) I'm going to globally upgrade my computer. If you change all the hardware, but leave the disk with windows 7 the same, will the OS work as well as it does now?

In theory, yes.
Especially if the old one is 64 bits and the new one is 64 bits.

connected to the motherboard. Maybe, for example, it’s trivial to see disks on new hardware, it’s better to install drivers in advance. Well, the activation will fly off, most likely. If it loads, the rest of the drivers can be manually installed.

Then there will be a surprise! Is it hard to get a new one? Or overpaid for the license :))?
