Local site refuses to work in other browsers than chrome?

Hello Guys!
I have Apache + Php + Mysql configured on my macbook, I
run sites for development on Drupal 7-8 on this bundle, everything seems to work.
Today I noticed a strange thing, sites on D7 do not want to open in all browsers except chrome, and then if not in incognito mode, if through chrome in incognito mode, then the site also does not open, and in other browsers it just says failed to connect to the site, and immediately. I upload sites without setting up hosts, I just created a new folder in the localhost folder and upload the project files there. And it is precisely such a problem with sites on d7 that other norms open.
