Local development of microservices from different repositories?

There is a product that consists of 20 microservices, each of them is located in a separate repository.
You need to locally deploy all or part of the microservices from this zoo to kubernetes.
I found the skaffold google utility, but it is for monorepo.
Can you please tell me if you have experience with this kind of problem?
