LiveReload plugin not working in Atom editor?

I decided to switch from Sublime Text to Atom, everything is fine except for the LiveReload plugin,
after saving the changes in the editor, the page in the browser is not updated, what could be the problem?

Most likely you have already created a server on another file with " localhost:35729/livereload.js "
Try to open the 2nd atom window with your file and turn on the server there.
