I updated my smartphone only 1 time, but the problem continues. It really annoys me and sets me up when a pop-up window appears with an inscription, for example: "Night Sky - Live Wallpaper application has stopped"

The problem may be in the firmware. If OS version is 8, then there are no micro-updates. In such updates there is a fix for such bugs. And if you really want live wallpapers, then download something from the Play Market.
There may also be an overload of the system (the RAM is crammed to the edge), but this is unlikely. Check for updates and download updates even in 10 mb. Maybe this update fixed your problem
