Literature on Linux. What is the best way to learn Linux?

Hello.
I do php and javascript programming myself. Linux I know at the level to install OS, install a web server, create a virtual host. I want to master this system to improve my knowledge in php, some projects can only be run under Linux (they say they are mostly projects on symfony, I am not familiar with this framework yet). Do not scold me for this question, I know this question has been discussed many times, because books on Linux quickly become outdated, I asked this question. What literature (books, articles) is better to read in order to master this OS at a normal level?
In general, knowing only Linux, you can work as a system administrator or for sys. admin needed and in-depth networking?

theory is theory, but practice is always better.
