I am looking for a device for listening to Internet radio on the road. Another way holds a long charge. Perhaps there is a very obvious option that I do not see point-blank.

There is a device - it creates a local FM radio station for you from what you connect via USB. you tune through the receiver in the car, the rest in the cigarette lighter.
