Where can I find a list of all educational institutions in Russia, and better in the world, in MySQL / XML / CSV format? They are mainly interested in universities, although if there are lists of schools and / or technical schools, that’s also good.
Or tell me where you can parse from. I really don’t want to parse Wikipedia, but if this is the only method, then you have to ...
