I want to make auto-completion when entering a street in Moscow. Maybe someone knows where to get a convenient list of streets in Moscow (and if there is one for other cities, then that's also great) to put it in the database.

I don't know about Moscow, but for other databases we used 2GIS.RU databases. Unlike maps, they could be used in accordance with the license agreement. If there is for Moscow - great! Because updates are constant.

There is an official list called KLADR, produced by government agencies, downloaded for free, a database in FoxPro format (antediluvian DOS DBMS) is opened either by OpenOffice or in PHP through some extension that is not available under Windows and which must be manually compiled.
