Linux problems with sound when turned on?

When I turn on the laptop, I sometimes, or rather often, there is no way to adjust the sound. The volume does not change.
And this is how the sliders are displayed in the tray.


But if I send my laptop to sleep and then open it, everything works fine.
Has anyone come across something like this? And knows how to fix it?

restart pulseaudio
systemctl --user restart pulseaudio
and why? Reading logs will help.
