Linux-mint won't run from flash drive. How to decide?

My samsung won't run linux install. Therefore, I try the option with loading from a USB flash drive. At the same time, all files must be saved to drive C. Now it's win7. Linux-mint files were written through the UltraISO program

In the registry - 5e76476fca6e6831293774.jpeg

In the BIOS Boot
- NumLock [On}
Touch Pad Mouse [Enabled]

Internal Lan [Enabled]
PXE OPROM [Disabled]

When you start the laptop, Windows starts, although the flash drive with Linux-mint is standing

You need to check the file system of the flash drive (Fat32) or, using special programs, "burn" the disk image as an image on a USB flash drive without the ability to edit it.
Check boot order in BIOS
Unlikely, but check non-UEFI boot option

Look in the BIOS for what boot order - USB Boot should be the first in the list. Insert it before restarting your computer.
