Linux Mint + ISPmanager, how to make friends and bring to the network?

Hello.
Here's my problem. I've been working with ISPmanager for a long time and I'm used to managing websites through it.
After updating the licenses to version 5, I still have an eternal copy of version 4. I
recently installed Linux Mint.
I want to do this manner:
1. Install ISP on the local (How to do it?).
2. Make the computer accessible from the Internet (How to do it?).
I want to host a test server for development on it.
Since you have to work at home and in the office.
3. I want to connect to ISP and server via SSH (How to do it?).
I want this for easy management of test sites and for ease of demonstration.
Static IP.
Tell me who can.

@webirus

The license does not work on local IP addresses. At least it was.
