Linux Mint - how to remove artifacts after resuming from standby?

Good day to all. I've been living with this problem for a long time now. Artifacts when resuming from standby in Linux Mint 19.1 on desktop. Until you pull every window with an artifact, they will not disappear. And so on all working areas. Used cinnamon. At first I thought that the problem was in the old hardware (i3-2100, 12GB-1333 RAM, nvidia GT-710, SSD), but on the old laptop with amd a-10, this problem was not observed and I tried it on another laptop, i5-8250U there , without discrete graphics - all the rules.
I upgraded my computer, ran a fresh mint on razen5 1600, 16GB-2400 RAM, GeForce GT 710, SSD - and still such artifacts. Maybe someone came across? What could be the problem? 3 monitors are connected to the video card.
