Linux mint does not notice the microphone on bluetooth headphones, what could be the problem?

I have a galaxy buds (2019) headphones. When I connect them to the phone, all functionality is available.
But when I connect them to the laptop, the headphone microphone is not recognized by the laptop. Although on windows everything worked.

To use the microphone, you need to switch the sound profile from A2DP to HFP/HSP/headphones. This is done in the bluetooth device manager.
