Linux Mint Cinnamon capture window focus when entering password. How to disable?

Good time of the day!
I had Linux Min 15. When entering a password, the window focus was lost, that is, a password request was opened, the window came to the fore, and everything else became gray and inaccessible. And working with the on-screen keyboard became impossible.
That is, when performing any administrative actions requiring a password, it is impossible to use the on-screen keyboard.
Then I solved the issue by editing one parameter in dconf-editor
Now I installed Linux Mint 16 Petra, and I can't remember this parameter, help me out.
Necessary because I have a tablet, and there is no hard keyboard
