Linux Internet Problem - Google Not Responding?

Sometimes Google stops responding. I did not find any pattern - it can happen after two days of uptime or a week, but it always happens in any distribution with a 3+ kernel and Network Manager (Fedora 17, Ubuntu 12.04, Debian Wheezy). There were no such problems with the 2.x kernel, but I did not use it for a long time, so I can not guarantee.
Given that many sites have Google counters installed, a good half of the Internet does not work. The only way to solve the problem is to restart the computer. I also tried restarting networking, network-manager, unloading the wifi module of the card with modprobe, connecting rj45 instead of wifi, rebooting the router and adsl modem, even managed to change the computer during this time - only reboot works. At the same time, pings reach, sometimes slowly, sometimes packets are lost, but basically everything is as usual. I tried to ping with thick packets up to 1465 bytes - everything pings, after 1465 it's gone. I understand this is normal behavior. No other services work at the same time - none of the browsers can receive a response (even lynx), the gmail applet does not work either. Tried both provider dns and dns from google.
What to do, where to dig? I have not tried to use anything other than network manager, there will be time and opportunity - I will try to install wicd, but this state of affairs still does not suit me. Provider - Ukrainian domtele, adsl modem zyxel prestige 600. Router - tp-link wr541g. All other devices (ios, windows, symbian) work fine, never had this problem.

I have tp-link and also had a similar problem. Try sysctl net.ipv4.tcp_timestamps=0

And if telnet sends an HTTP request?

There is a suspicion that if IT was not fixed by changing the computer, the problem is still lower. Router, provider - fight them

Move the MTU on the router down, there was a similar problem on Debian - the network worked, but forms were not fasting from any browsers, although everything else, such as skype and torrents, worked without problems.
I almost broke my head on this)

And I bet that the problem is related to ipv6 and you need to pick gai.conf.
Try first: sysctl net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6=1

sysctl net.ipv4.tcp_timestamps=0 helped.
upd: did not immediately notice the "solution" button.
