Linux for Allwinner A20 - what is the difference from A10?

I have a MK802 II and want to put Linux with XBMC on it (try GeexBox for example), but most of the great distributions are made for Cubieboard v2 on A20. What is the difference between distributions? Can I just roll in the kernel from the A10 distribution?
