Linux does not see the camera, how to fix it?
All good and health!
Dear experts, help to solve the problem.
Bought a camera no name.
The only identifying data on it is "WEB CAM full hd 1080P" blue box.
The device manager gives the following data:
USB\VID_12D1&PID_4321&REV_0409&MI_00
USB\VID_12D1&PID_4321&MI_00
Windows sees this camera without problems, but linux refuses to see this camera.
I assume that drivers are needed, but I don’t understand which ones.
Please tell me how to solve this problem.
Thank you.

In office almost all Linux distros have a package:
guvcview
Install it, run it, and if there is an image in the window of this program from the camera, then it is supported at the kernel level, well, if not, then there is no and then only Google to help, for general possibilities plug this camera into your linux distro.
