Linux and encoding?

I run the script in ubuntu via python, the Latin script is displayed normally in the console, and the Cyrillic alphabet is something like (Номер секции), how can I fix it?

Yes. Google for "utf8-encoding", you get text in uft8 in the console, but Linux displays it crookedly.

See what is about encoding in environment variables.
