Links to the casino are in the Google cache, but the site is not visible - what should I do?

We identified a problem - in the Google cache on the site, links to casinos, bets and others are displayed - it is not clear where.
Going to the site - there is nothing (from different ip, devices). The programmer said that he removed the malicious code, and even the links are periodically updated in the Google cache.
I am attaching screenshots.
Where could it come from? How to fix? In which direction to look, where to "poke" the programmer? What is dangerous (presumably this has all been happening on the site since May 2018)
