How to help Yandex correctly highlight sitelinks?
In order for the robot that analyzes your site to be able to correctly highlight the most important sections and key pages, you need to:

  • the main sections and pages were accessible from the main page of the site;
  • site navigation was thought out and logical;
  • page titles were short, clear, and accurately reflected their content;
  • links made in the form of pictures had a filled alt attribute, reflecting their purpose;
  • the text in the <title> tag for the key pages matched its title (with the title of the page highlighted, for example, by the <h1> tag) and the texts of the links pointing to this page. For example, if your company has a page with contact information, then For the robot to process it correctly, the following conditions must be met:
    • the <title> tag of this page should indicate: “The Horns and Hooves Firm - Contacts” or simply “Contacts”;
    • inside the page there should be a heading - "Contacts";
    • the text of the link to this page from the main and internal pages of the site should be "Contacts";

Thus, on well-structured sites with well-thought-out navigation, no special work needs to be done.
