Links from Excel are redirected to authorization, why?

I have a site written in Symfony, there are some departments protected through authorization.
If you go to such a section through a link in Excel, then you get to the login. Although the user is already logged in. If you just type the address directly into the browser, then there is no problem.

How can this problem be solved?

Make authorization by token and specify the token in the link.
