Linking products and categories?

There is a problem, in the sidebar plugin I display a menu of categories and subcategories of products. The link looks like this
mysite/product-category/spetsodejda/letnyaya-spets...
The problem is that the link to the product has a different look
mysite/shop/spetsodejda/letnyaya-spetsodejda/kosty...
That is, in categories goes product-category, and in products shop. Because of this, if you go to the category I need, then there are simply no products there. How to bring it into general view?
