Link to a user without mentioning him, how to do?

Hello. Perhaps the question is stupid, but I would like to know how to do it :)
There is such a thing in VK - mentions, it looks like this: @durov (Text here) and looks like in screenshot #1.
I want to do the same, BUT ... I need to make the same link to the user, but so that he himself is not mentioned in the conversation. How to implement it? Thanks in advance.

There is one way through api vk, using the messages.send method . It has a setting disable_mentionsthat allows you to turn off the mention in this post.

What if you just post a link vk.com/durov or vk.com/id12345, where the numbers are the user id.

As far as I know, this cannot be done. You can only restrict the access of the mentioned person if this person will have full access to the record where they are mentioned, for example, in a closed group or meeting.
