Link href="tel" +- skype how to get rid of small software in the link?

When you click on the link href = "tel, the phone offers a choice between Skype and phone. How can I ignore Skype and immediately display the number in the caller? Or add other messengers to the menu. Ideally in chat mode?
Is there at least a crutch in the number that Skype does not understand?

For starters, make the image sizes the same (width and height for img). Or a constant size of a common block with an image and text, and a fixed height of the image.

When you use such a link, your device will show all app variations that support that format. This is all done for the convenience of users.
In fact, the phone function on a smartphone is also an application, only sewn.
If I remember correctly, then Viber - be it on the phone - will also offer its services.

None by default.
Just before choosing, check the "Remember choice" checkbox. Further, when you open all tel links, Skype will be ignored.
