Hello. You need to draw an illustration in vector. The image should be with this "linear stroke" style. Provided an example [snippet here]

The example data specifies Photoshop, but I need to achieve the same in vector.
If it were necessary in a raster (in Photoshop), then for me, as an artist, it would be easy to do all this manually.
Advise how it is technically correct to do this in a vector. And in Inkscape. Tips for Illustrator will also be interesting (suddenly there is something similar).
I would be grateful for the idea of ​​keywords to search for the name of the effect / (style?) in English / Russian. If anyone knows how to do it better, it will be interesting to make the same effect in Photoshop more technically.
