He now has the same amount of space automatically installed as I have (as an administrator (for example, 30GB)) how can I limit the space for this FTP account, for example, to 1 GB. I looked around all the settings in the vesta, I did not find it.

You limit the place to the user, and one user can have several FTP accounts (for example, to different folders). Restrict the user and that's it. As far as I know, a separate place is not allocated to a separate FTP account.
