Light technical literature, where to start?

Greetings.
Tell me what English-language technical literature to take for mastering technical English, the main criterion is EASY PERCEPTION, possibly repeating terms for greater memorability, involvement in IT (better web development).
Perhaps there are methods and approaches to mastering those that are unknown to me. English, forgive, if possible, share.

Reading technical literature and not only, write out words in Anki, use Anki every day, profit. Tested on a bunch of people, it works.

Any book is taken from the necessary ones (by topic). It is read with a dictionary (if it does not work without). Then the next, and so on, until you can read fluently.

In fact, technical literature in English is much easier to read than fiction. At least when it comes to learning a programming language or some kind of technology. If at first it will be difficult, you will have to look into the dictionary, then very soon you will be able to read any books in this direction without a dictionary at all. Terminology is generally the same type, the structure of speech is usually simple.
I remember that I got so relaxed on IT books that when I took up Arthur Hailey's "Wheels" in the original, I was a little dumbfounded by the fact that the dictionary had to be opened in almost every sentence.
So I will support AVKor - read what you really need, you will get a double benefit.
UPD: well, I would also recommend books from O'Reilly publishing house. They write easily and with humor. The truth sometimes begins to annoy that they repeat key statements well, so many times, as if the text is not designed for the most intelligent person.

Learn basic English. The terminology is the same in any language.
