License selection

Please tell me which license (LGPL, Creative Commons, etc.) to choose for the software if I want to:

  • anyone could freely use the developed software (for free) - both individuals and companies;
  • users and companies could use this software in their projects, while this fact would not impose restrictions on them, such as opening the code of a project that uses my software;
  • at the same time, the software could be included in both free and paid commercial software;
  • there would be an obligation not to violate the authorship of the software used (not to assign authorship to yourself, mention the use of this software in any License Agreement, etc.);
