Library for Wizards on .Net

Does anyone know libraries for writing Wizards with style/behavior, as in the screenshots in the article habrahabr.ru/company/microsoft/blog/193624/ ?

Did once the master on DevExpress components. I do not like all their components, but I was simply delighted with the master. See if it suits you. Well, if you are of course considering paid solutions.

For wizards, WPF has a NavigationWindow. There is a small example here: www.c-sharpcorner.com/uploadfile/kaps_deo/create-navigation-based-application-in-wpf/
The principle of navigation is like on the web (well, or in windows phone)
