Library for process visualization?

There is a lot of disparate data that needs to be displayed according to a specific schema. This is a kind of visualization of the technological process. Something comes from somewhere, comes and goes. Diagram components have states that need to be reflected in the diagram, as well as component connections in the diagram.

I can not find a solution, maybe someone has already worked with a similar problem?

And there is no single remedy. For that, for example, the same UML contains more than a dozen of all sorts of notations to describe the process (or system, program, etc.) from many sides.
Well, or a set of IDEFx description standards.
Look, choose what is most suitable, taking into account the specifics of your particular task.
A lot of things are supported by the same MSVisio, but if you stop at something specific, you can also find a specialized system.
