Libraries for monitoring a computer, do they exist?

There are about 10 computers on which you need to monitor a number of parameters, both standard (availability, CPU memory load (by processes) and quite specific ones.
I wanted to build an application that will run in the background on all computers and write the data I need to the database.
In in principle, most of this data can be obtained from the command line (all machines on windows), but perhaps there are already ready-made libraries
