Letters in VsCode are spontaneously highlighted. How to fix?

I ran into a problem with VsCode. Certain letters are spontaneously highlighted.

To solve the problem, I did everything I did, reinstalled VsCode, poked around in its extensions, but did not get a positive result. (it's not ctrl+F, it's empty)
The problem appeared after playing around with keyboard shortcuts. There is no information on it on the Internet or I didn’t search well ...

Try turning it off in the settings editor.unicodeHighlight.ambiguousCharacters
. Introduced with the latest update of VSCode, enabled by default, your games with keyboard shortcuts have nothing to do with it.
