Letters from mail.ru do not reach Google Apps mail

There is a domain attached to Google Apps, an email is registered on it.
From the beginning of the week, it turned out that letters sent through the mail.ru web interface do not reach the email box on this Google Apps domain.
The error message comes to the sender after a long time (up to a day).
All other letters arrive as usual.

Do you have all the MX records recommended by Google spelled out and with the correct priorities? The highest priority (i.e. the lowest number) should be ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. A Specified in the letter is in 4th place.

Try mail.ru support.
Just describe the problem in detail, attach bug reports.
They really have a response time of up to 5 days, it seems, and they like to ask questions after this type of “is the problem still relevant?” :)
But practice has shown that solutions to a technical problem like this - habrahabr.ru/qa/14500/ can be expected from them
