Let'sEncrypt cheated with ACMEv1 shutdown date?

Hello.
In general, they asked me to raise the mailer (for a NEW domain, this is probably important), I fasten the scripts for auto obtaining a certificate - and it gave me an error:

The text of the error shows that he swears at the initial registration of ACMEv1, and for more details - here: https://community.letsencrypt.org/t/end-of-life-pl...
So the link says - they say, we will cover from NOVEMBER 2019.
Am I living in the future? Has anyone heard or experienced the same problem?
PS Now I'll look at certificates for money, and for the sake of interest I'll make LetsEncrypt with my hands ...
The scripts are not mine, rewriting under ACMEv2 is not enough life.

@doexec

Did not deceive

We will be beginning brown-outs for new ACME v1 registrations for the production environment for the following dates of this year:
October 10th to October 11th
October 16th to October 18th
October 31st onward

Wait on the 19th.
Yes, and the scripts must be compatible with the new client
