Let's encrypt: how to add domains?

Site on Nginx, there are 2 domains (example.com, ex-ample.com). And they also have aliases in the form of www.example.com and www.ex-ample.com.

Accordingly, from any option there is a redirect to example.com.
Now created the certificate and specified the example.com domain. How to add the remaining 3 options there with little blood?

Re-generate specifying all domains. The LE certificate is issued only for 1 domain.
