Lenovo IdeaPad 310-15IKB randomly loses WIFI network adapter replacement?
Good evening! There is the following problem laptop with Windows 10 Home (version 1511) (preinstalled from the store) randomly loses connection to WI-FI occurs in the range of 5-15 minutes, it is restored automatically. And so constantly.
The laptop is new, a week from the store.
Initial data:
WI-FI adapter: Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165
Driver version: 19.51.2.4 Updated
from the Intel website
There was a previous driver, the situation is the same
! There are other networks in the room, but all are password protected and the laptop has access only to this network, no longer has access to any"
In the Google Chrome browser and not only in it, it
displays the messages "Connection interrupted" and "DNS error"
Literally a couple of minutes and reconnects to the network again and everything works
. a tablet and a laptop are connected in parallel, which work stably
Alas, there is no access to the router settings (now the router is on a business trip from the hotel)
What I tried (the result did not help)
1) Disable power saving both in the driver and in the power settings set to "Maximum performance
" in the additional connection settings, the property "Connect even if the network is not broadcasting"
3) In the same place in the additional connection settings "Enable Intel settings", select the frequency, etc.
4) In the settings of the additional properties of the channel setting driver;
compound activity: maximum;
I read it helps some people to turn off HT - it didn’t help
5) Manually registering and forcibly dns google
6) Naturally rolling back to previous drivers (the situation was the same with older versions
) access points" but such a solution is enough literally from 5 to 15 minutes
8) It was assumed that the conflict between the WI-FI adapters and the network adapter - the latter was forcibly turned off in the "Device Manager"
9) Clearing DNS tables using Windows, etc.
Bottom line! All the manipulations and the search for similar solutions in Google did not lead to anything connecting the adapter and is lost arbitrarily within 5-15 minutes
Please help me with any solution to my problem.
As for me, the problem is definitely in the wireless adapter, I just want to make sure before contacting the service center for warranty service.
Thank you for your attention!

Return the laptop under warranty. Lenovo has a lot of marriage.
