Left extensions in Chromium. How to delete?

I found in my chrome processes two extensions that
Google Now and the "Extension Manifest Parser" did not install.
I did not install them, but they come by default. What do they do and how to remove them?

Try to remove it with regular browser tools. What they do can be understood after analyzing the code, one can only guess by the names.
