Left bookmarks (garbage like folder names do not understand where): X64, Korean, rpc. How to win?

Firefox itself (or some kind of extension) creates folders in bookmarks. Apparently, it takes some folders from the file system and stuffs all the folders in these folders into bookmarks in a row. There are no page links. I see including folders from Downloads in Windows. In general, it seems that this is happening on Windows (mostly on Linux) exactly what happens, the folder names are typical for Windows.
And I have 99% of the items in my bookmarks - this is left slag, it's inconvenient to use. Deleted 1 time 3 months ago. Now here it was necessary to make a bookmark - and there again crap.
Has anyone come across?
