Learning Unit Testing?

It is necessary to familiarize yourself with code coverage with unit tests, if I understand correctly, the topic is quite extensive: there are separate books, full-fledged video courses, etc.
Please share your experience on how to properly study this topic and resources (because it seemed to me there was little information, I could be wrong. I wanted to look at ITVDN unit testing, but I didn’t find it in the public domain, and they usually have a lot of water).

Create a project with any test engine, take out anything you are not sure of, a great alternative to small console utilities.
