Learning C++ c 0?

Good afternoon!
I know similar questions come up often.
Zero in programming (no experience), everything is purely self-study.
I'm learning c++ at the moment and it's rather difficult (more precisely, almost nothing). (Or should you start by learning something simpler? then what?)
There is too much chaos in finding books.
Please advise textbooks on C ++ for a beginner, preferably in Russian.
Maybe there are some free online courses or video courses besides stepik.
