Learning a programming language for a small town: PHP or 1C?

Good day.
A small background: I live in a small city, I am far from a beginner in programming: I know java se confidently, a little of it. + there is a lot of experience in writing endless hellowords at the university in a dozen different programming languages.
But there are very few vacancies in java in the city, it is unrealistic to get an internship (or a junior) (I tried).
The lack of work experience immediately after the university affects =)
But there are always a dozen vacancies for 1C (state enterprises), and a little less PHP in local web studios.
I don’t really know any of these languages, although there were several side jobs in PHP (CRUD without CMS with terrible shit code).
And now to the essence of the question - what is better to contact for the next 2 years: php or 1C?
For PHPI have already found several basic Talmuds: the books of Koterov and Matt Zandstra should be enough to "fill my hand". Also, several php-frameworks like Symphony, as well as js - Angular, jQuery, are almost everywhere indicated in the vacancies. They will have to be dealt with separately.
For 1C , I also found a rutracker, found a couple of books (+ saw video lectures) - you can put the system on a machine and also fill your hand. However, unlike PHP, it has its own ecosystem without a zoo of technologies - from the outside it seems that everything is simpler.
PS: I am not considering relocation to a large city (capital), as there is no confidence in employment without work experience. Yes, and there is no finance for the first time (housing, food, etc.).

Change decent programming languages for cheap crafts (what is PHP, what is 1C - there is little difference)?
Look for (offer) in any projects for remote work.

Although I am a 1C programmer, but if I had a choice right now, I would choose the third direction - development for mobile devices.
You don't care to learn from 0, start learning, for example, swift.
ps I caught some kind of glitch, either in the mail or in the notifications. I just received a notification about this issue.
