Lazarus, console application, where is the interface?

Is it possible to describe classes and methods in the Lazarus console application? The console application looks like there:
program Project1;
begin
end.
Or is it necessary to describe the classes separately in the module and then connect them in the console using uses my_class?

You can cram everything into one file, this is not Java. If the code is not enough - why not?
