Layout of Android applications?

Good afternoon! I'm learning Android app development.
Now I use standard xml markup to create the appearance.
But until I understand how to create smooth transitions in android, animation, and so to speak "beauty"? For web applications I use Jquery and Bootstrap. Is there something similar for Android?
In what direction to move?
