Layout jumps when switching Botstrap tabs with Fotorama content, how to fix?

Good afternoon, tell me how to fix the problem in the "jump, twitch") page when switching tabs in the content of which is the fotorama gallery.
I can’t give a link to the site, since the template is local.
The actions are as follows:
When the page is reloaded, the gallery is displayed on the active TABS tab with a slight jerk, but in the aggregate of the entire page reload, this is almost not noticeable.
After I start switching tabs, the image starts to twitch.
But re-switching to tabs is already happening without jerking.
I suspect that the photoframe starts scaling the picture when switching to the desired tab, it's not clear how to fix it.
I changed the size of the image, to the dimensions of the div at the moment, nothing has changed.
Any suggestions?
