Ok. Delivered the gulp-convert-encoding gulp module. Now the resulting file is in windows-1251 encoding, but all Cyrillic characters look like this:
And even these rhombuses are not shown in the browser at all, only Latin
. What should I do? How to be?

You do everything, then create an empty html file with encoding 1251 in Notepad ++, for example, and copy your finished file into a new one with encoding 1251. Done. Fonts will be normal, checked repeatedly
