Layered menu?

There is a site fmjd64.org, it has a multi-level menu, I create a new one on forum.fmjd64.org, and for some reason some menu items disappeared there, the 4th level was all gone, the problem is in the template, help me fix it. Thanks

Perhaps your current template does not support layered menus.
