Laravel. Where is the difference in Memory Usage on a production server?

Good afternoon, dear Khabrovites!

Please tell me, I transferred my site to a production server and saw a difference in memory usage by more than 4 times.
I did an experiment with a clean install. Installed laravel on local server (Ubuntu 20). I did not connect the base!
I put debugbar, I look Memory Usage - 4Mb.
I throw the same archive on the production-server (normal shared-hosting) and watch Memory Usage - 16Mb.

Where could such a difference come from? Tech support is still silent.

I don't think it's worth worrying about the 12mb difference, it's practically in the margin of error. Well, so, corny version of php is different, for example.
